Hello all.
I am new here and terribly not tech savvy, so be kind.
My Armory wallet goes through the usual motions of:
      *Initialising bitcoin engine
      *Check consistency in the wallets
      *Building of databases and
      *Scanning transactions history and
      *Makes online connections showing the number of blocks.
All the discrete wallets are correctly identified with correct balances in each
with previous transactions and their dates also correctly displayed but:
 Maximum funds box is greyed out
      Spendable funds field shows a zero balance and
      Unconfirmed funds field also shows a zero balance.

My questions – what would you suggest I did next, but,
        if your suggestion were that I upload my log files, I do not know where to find them and
             (going by
      ****                                                                                                  )

My follow-up question would be: what should I look for in (case I found) the log files?

Lenovo ThinkPad Win10
Armory 0.96.5
Bitcoin Core 28.1
(My signing copy of Armory 0.96.5 is sequestered on a Windows7 laptop)
