holydarkness, apologies for the oversight, but I just realized I forgot to include one crucial detail regarding my account's blocking.
My account became unavailable specifically after I attempted to withdraw funds in FIAT (UAH). If I recall correctly, I initiated the withdrawal before going to sleep, and by morning, I discovered that the funds had not arrived and my account was blocked.
Thank you for this added info. Currently, my contact is inquiring to the recovery department why they didn't reply and try to get to understand the root of your account blocking. Might be helpful to narrow down your case. I'll update once I hear something from them.
