If you are not a whale then you may not be able to buy aggressively at all.  You'd be more confident in dumping and buying back when you think how much BTC you get while the market is still dipping.

With having just a fraction of BTC, and bought it at a higher price, you are not a whale and will have doubts because you would only be earning just few satoshis upon buying back. You are just accumulating unlike the whales that they can affect the market when they sell.

One of the things that small bitcoin investors needs to understand is that you cannot compete with Whales on how they buy bitcoin but those that mean you can invest too? I say No, bitcoin has given everyone the freedom and equal right to actually invest. I don’t think every investor needs to actually follow whales accumulating plan but rather having your own strategy is the way out. Most people are just scared to buy bitcoin right now thinking because they feel it is the top but it depends on your strategy.

For me the best possible strategy for a small investor is to think long time and never actually wait for bitcoin dip before investing, create a DCA strategy which alligns with your income and then stick to it, if there is actually extra funds it can be used when the market is very much down to buy more but do not wait for dip because one can easily miss out on some good price while waiting for that.
