I agree that the message is about buying and holding, and in addition also telling us that if we missed the opportunity today to buy Bitcoin at a lower price, there is always a time on its cycle timeline that will open a window of opportunity to buy Bitcoin at a discount.
If we are lower than the current ATH then we can say that we are currently in dip no matter how shallow it is.
