So many uncertainties currently going on in Real Madrid right now and all is not really well especially after the inclusion of Mbappe into the club. Everything was fine well upto last season when Perez finally landed Mbappe into the team. Most of us who watch matches saw there was no total cohesion between both of them simply because in contrast both Mbappe and Vini plays from the same wing and of course you can't remove Vini to place Mbappe there so he had to play the number 9 position. But of recent, Vini wants he wages to be more than that of Mbappe since the French man earns more than him currently. His camp is demanding €30 million and this amount is more than Real Madrid wage structure which stands at €20 million. Vini could be sold this summer if they don't come to an agreement.

It's entirely Real Madrid's management's decision whether to increase Vinícius' salary or not. but from what I've seen, Real Madrid's current decision to maintain their players' salaries is for the club's long-term stability. even if Mbappé earns a higher salary, it's because he comes with greater compensation, which makes Real Madrid consider his salary. However, considering Vinícius' performance this season, he has a reason to want a higher salary than he currently has. so, this is indeed a fairly serious problem for Real Madrid, and hopefully, there will be a mutually beneficial solution for this problem.
Yeah, they have maintained this salary structure of not exceeding €20 million per annum for any player so that other big players don't come asking for increments too and personally, I think I like this pattern. But my problem with the club is how they allowed Mbappe to earn higher than Vini who has been in the club longer and has helped the team to win the Champions League trophies. Although, Vini's performance declined last season and the club thought he would use this club world cup to make up for last season, instead it was even worse, his performance in the just concluded CWC was absolutely nothing to write home about.
I wouldn't worry about Vinicius because he seems to be willing to be bought by clubs in the Saudi league.

Of course 350 million for Vinicius is a lot, but if we remember what money the Saudi league spends on players every year, I think that finding 300 million for them is quite realistic and Vinicius will probably get 3-5 times more than in the real and this is probably the minimum.

I think if Saudis are ready to spend such money, then Vinicius and Real should agree, because with the kind of game Vinicius is showing now, he will soon have to sit on the bench, unless of course Alonso wants to lose matches.
