I have personally visited the gambling conference in London (2,3 of July) to speak with BC.game team about my case. Because of manipulation, they got mine 6-7 BTC. No KYC, no verification of funds.
I spoke with 2 managers and the Chief Compliance Manager - Brenda, she is from Asia.
BC.game's team was really surprised that a real user visited the conference to get money back. She gave me her personal email. I got a response: no refund, you used VPN (I used real EU IP where all gambling sites are blocked but bc.game is available), your account is closed.
I propose to all bc.game's victims to unite efforts.
My video review about Stake's scam on YouTube now ~ 10000 views.
We need to make our cases public, press releases, media etc.
Damn, that's tough. But I salute you for going to the event in person and calling them out for what they are doing. By the way, about VPN, when I had an issue with my original IP my VIP host advised me to use a VPN. So there is that. I didn't use it because at some time my IP worked again after they made a new mirror site because the original one blocked Japanese IPs, but reading now that VPN is such a big issue, and I am getting told to use a VPN, is kinda ridiculous.
I am surprised to see thatbthe VIP host of you advised you to use VPN while there is too many problem.of using vpn and for using vpn they may lock fund even they may disable account. In the case I think the vip host tried to misguide the user of the site.
