Frankly, such warnings in advertisements are simply empty rhetoric to satisfy official government regulatory demands. The real issue is why easy access to alcohol and its widespread advertising is considered normal in society, while gambling is so tightly controlled.

I believe the primary reason is that alcohol is more culturally and socially acceptable. People consume alcohol at social events or to relax, and it has become part of the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of many societies.

In short, alcohol has a somewhat permissive status, while gambling remains considered a detrimental activity and is less socially tolerated. Both are harmful, but society views alcohol differently because it is culturally aligned and drinking alcohol has become a part of their daily lives.
