Xavi Alonso is a good coach but I don't think he is ready for Real Madrid, coach Real Madrid is more than just having tactics or feeling good enough, you must be able to manage players. Real Madrid has players with a very difficult character, Vini, Bellingham and Mbappe are football mega stars and the pack some very difficult character to their CV.
For Xavi Alonso to be successful at real Madrid he must learn how to manage this players right and motivate them into doing what he expects them to do. I think he should have moved to another club and learnt more before coming to take over at Real Madrid.
Real Madrid have retired most of their key players and the available ones are simply the young underdogs growing up. There's always a system for Real Madrid players to explore and show the world what they're made up of. These players grown to be significant players for the club and also encourage the development of the team. I give you my word, Real Madrid are not ready to see the amazing features of Xabi Alonso. All he needs is a specific number of time to site way out to reinforce his team. Real Madrid do deserve more accolades because they've proven beyond all doubts that they're the best team in Spain. It doesn't matter if they're holding back but the best will always come out to be.
