I think I get what you are trying to say but does it really matter basically I know  exchange are well known when it comes to preventing any shady stuff . But Still I get why you are concerned, but you shouldnt be worrying it might be a waste of time. Don't get me wrong I get why you're questioning KYC. I too have indeed noticed how some exchanges are more cautious about data security while  others not that much.
