I can't disable my 2FA in any way. If I try without the secret code and with my registered number, I get the following message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... but it doesn't specify any reason.
On the other hand, if I try to reset it and say I don't have the secret key or the phone number, it throws up this message: Sorry, your 2FA can't be reset now because your last login country is different from your current country. Please try resetting your 2FA from the same internet connection as the last time you used the website.  Undecided Ayuda por favor!
You didn't tell us if you are currently locked out of your account or you just want to disable your account 2fa? If the former is the case, then it won't be easy because as SATWAT already said, the customer support on the site are responding to customers, your only chance is to send them an email stating your issue and pray that they will see it and reply..
But before doing this, would suggest your check yourwell, if you are using VPN while trying to reset the 2fa, I would suggest you turn off the VPN so as to see if it would work, you are the told the reason you can't reset your 2fa is because you are accessing the casino from a different country you used the last time you logged into your account, if you are currently in the same country, the VPN must have changed your country to another, turn of VPN if you have it on and try again.

But if you are not using a VPN, then maybe switch to another ISP, same as the one you used the last time you logged into your account, one of this should fix the unable to reset 2fa issue.
