I can't disable my 2FA in any way. If I try without the secret code and with my registered number, I get the following message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... but it doesn't specify any reason.
On the other hand, if I try to reset it and say I don't have the secret key or the phone number, it throws up this message: Sorry, your 2FA can't be reset now because your last login country is different from your current country. Please try resetting your 2FA from the same internet connection as the last time you used the website.

Currently, no one can help you here about this issue because it's all about you and your phone as you mentioned support is also not helping you about anything then just limited chances here I notice in last few days their new representative who is taking care and posting about updates.
