I think that the TOS is one of the most important pages in an online casino. It is usually a long read but it tells the potential clients everything about the casino. Once you have built a habit of reading the TOS before registration, you will be able to know a casino that is genuine or one that just copied and pasted the TOS of another online casino as their own.
There are two most important pages for users: ToS and FAQs. I usually visit a website that I am curious and want to register an account there, then look at FAQs first before look at their ToS.
Why FAQs first, then ToS?
It's because FAQs is shorter than ToS and it has most basic questions and answers so I can learn many basics here. After that, if I need more details, ToS will be my destination.
In short to avoid calling an online casino a scam, read their TOS in addition to other rules and criterias before going on.
Experienced people don't ignore FAQs and ToS, then call any business as scam. They can make such calls but if they actually did activities that are not tolerated by ToS, their scam accusations are surely invalid.
