Why is it that alcohol ads are everywhere and they are easily bought in stores nationwide with only a warning of only drinking moderately and yet gambling is not allowed to be the same?

In roads, there are ads of alcohol. Where funnily enough is you shouldn't drink in. While driving. But still there are big ads and multiple ones in roads about alcohol and the warning that says Drink Responsibly. Does that one warning make it safer?

Why can't we just do the same with gambling? Alcohol consumption is extremely risky not only to the person consuming it but to the people around him. There have been so many cases of crimes due to alcohol consumption. Many people's health destroyed. So what makes it ok for alcohol ads to continue in public but not gambling?
I think it is easier to monitor who takes alcohol than to monitor who gambles. Underaged children can't manufacture alcohol on their own; they go out to buy it, and from there they are caught and restricted from taking alcohol. In the case of gambling, we have online casinos now where anyone can just go online and gamble in secret. Although both still need increased awareness because getting addicted to either of the two can be very harmful.
I agree with you that alcohol can be monitored and noticed easily when an underage wants be drinking alcohol secretly compared to gambling. They are both social vices but gambling is more dangerous than alcohol if you're addicted  because the urge of making profits will always make you do all sort of things just to gamble. In alcohol, there's a limit to your excessive intake, because when you are drunk, you cannot continue drinking and buying more drinks. But in gambling, when you are an addict, you can blow any amount of money on you that moment be it $1m.
You are right too. However, this is not a battle of who is more harmful than the other. Both are very harmful when done excessively. The bone of contention here is addiction and addiction has no good benefits no matter what activity one gets addicted to. Drinking as simple as it may seem can cause one to murder someone when they get intoxicated and begin to act out of control. For this reason, we need to keep close eyes on our loved ones the moment we begin to notice strange behaviours; especially the under aged because they are in their curiosity stage and are capable of trying out alot of things out of curiosity. Addiction is expensive, we can't afford to let anyone close to us get to that stage.
