Both can be dangerous for a human being. If you get addicted to alcohol, your health will be at risk, same like if you get addicted into gambling, your mental, emotional and financial health will also be at risk. As much as possible, alcohol and gambling should be dealt responsibly.

However, it’s undeniable that there is greater disadvantage if you fall into gambling addiction. Not only you will make your life miserable, but you also become a problem to the people around you, and for that you are also making their lives miserable as well.

In my opinion, alcohol addiction and gambling addiction are equally harmful. They not only harm ourselves but also affect those around us such as friends, family and even society. Gambling addiction can have serious financial consequences and can lead to social problems when the addict begins to steal and misappropriate property to satisfy the addiction. Meanwhile, frequent drunkenness is not only harmful to health but can also cause fatal accidents if we participate in traffic while drunk.

Therefore, whether it is alcohol or gambling, we should know how to control ourselves to avoid falling into addiction or losing control due to unpredictable consequences.
