Aside from what other member said, block and transaction propagation to whole network (as in all full nodes) will take somewhat longer duration. This is assuming average internet and computer speed remain same.

I am not sure how you managed to summarize what I said into 'its not scalable' Smiley.

The transaction capacity of Bitcoin has been increasing ever since I started using it. And I equally distrust LN, but thats just me, the fact that people use it to settle Bitcoin already means it solves certain issues for certain people. So whether you or me like it, it is part of the narrative.

You're wasting your time. Looking at his posts, he appear to be pro Monero and anti Bitcoin. Note that Monero itself is decent cryptocurrency.
