I hope they come to some sort of conclusion soon in order for the OP to move forward.
After it is resolved, if anything I certainly hope they realise they should at the very least address all of the complaints made against them because the forum members are reading the threads and their opinions are formed by what they read. If Betpanda (or any casino) ignore complaints they are risking their reputation and that should be enough to make any legitimate casino/gaming site concerned.
Still trying here. I'll appreciate if we can have a little bit more patience as me and my contacts trying to get a verdict.
Rest assured that I made them aware of the cases raised against them on this board, and we'll hopefully be able to walk to the bottom of each of those cases one by one, once [and suppose] the attempt we tried to pull bears some effort.

Do you really believe that they care if the cases here are solved? Have you received that kind of impression from contacting them? Because the way they behave (replies to user emails, posting fake positive reviews on trustpilot and also replies to some users on this forum by their offical account) doesn't show that they have the slightest interest in saving their reputation.
