why is it that most popular casinos use a black and green color combination? Is there some kind of science or psychology behind it? Does it actually attract more gamblers? just thought I’d throw the question out there, who knows, maybe one day I get lucky and open my own casino (daydreaming

Every field has special colours that are unique to it. Besides green and black, casinos also use red often. Green generally represents fruitfulness or wealth, so the colour could trigger the feeling that gamblers could become lucky and rich, if they keep playing. Black usually stands for power and quality thereby giving the casino a high reputation. Red signifies risk and could spur gamblers to keep exposing themselves to more danger. ).
