Zimbabwe got a decent start by the openers but no other batsmen was able to score runs once both openers got out. The captain Sikandar Raza is no doubt a good T20 player but he got out after scoring just 12 runs. After 19 overs, Zimbabwe score is 114 and they will hopefully give a target of 120 runs which won't be a problem for New Zealand team. This is Zimbabwe second game in this T20 tri series and in both games Zimbabwe was in not able to give a good fight.
LOL.. your prediction was right. They got themselves to 120/7, with Tinotenda Maposa and Tony Munyonga scoring some valuable runs towards the end. But this is far from a defendable total, and like I have said many times in the past this series doesn't make any sense. Zimbabwe should play among other tier-2 test nations and associate teams, and not against strong teams such as New Zealand and South Africa. Matt Henry picked up 3 wickets for the Kiwis, while Wessly Madhevere top-scored for Zimbabwe with 36.
