Is there still no other way to get hold of someone from freebitco.in other than the support e-mail address nobody really gets an answer from?
As I mentioned before, currently the only way to contact them is through email support, and if you've already submitted a complaint, you won't get a response because this has been going on for a long time, even when they were still very active.
Regarding withdrawals, I can see that they will take a long time to process. You just need to be patient, as there's no way to know when you'll receive them.
