I see Antpool is also including transactions paying less than 1 sat/vbyte as fee in the blockchain.
In block number 906078, Antpool confirmed more than 250 transactions paying less than 1 sat/vbyte and the lowest was 0.34 sat/vbyte.


I think almost all mining pools will do the same soon.
