As someone who had a father who frequently gambles, it affected the financial of our family to the point that my brothers were not able to pay on time their respective tuition fees.

Like what I have shared before, I came from a family (father side) of gamblers. My grandfather used to own a farm where he grew chickens for cockfighting. He even won a huge trophy where he participated in a nationwide cockfighting event where it was even aired on television. Given this background, my father inherited the farm and continued his cockfighting. At first, he won multiple fights but at some point, he hit rock-bottom.

It affected the life of our family because my brothers were struggling in paying their respective tuition fees on their school. It also came to a point where they issued promissory notes in order for their documents to be released on time.
