I don’t understand why they feel that way if the ToS stated that casino can ask KYC anytime. It’s requirements to agreed and read the ToS before you can register on casino which means they should be aware on KYC.

I will understand if the casino specifically mention that they will not ask KYC yet casino ask them later on after they deposit and initiate withdrawal.

But in most cases. Centralized casino ask KYC.
Inasmuch as KYC requirements are kinda like a standard part of operations for a lot of centralised casinos and online gambling platforms out there, mostly for regulatory compliances or as a way to prevent fraud, people still feel sceptical about releasing their details even if they initially agreed to the ToS that include provisions for KYC, they'll still have concerns about giving out their personal details, maybe for security reasons or for other reasons best known to them. Everyone has their own preferences, if a person is against giving out their valuable information, then the best thing is to make use of the offline casino of look for a decentralised casino that he can use without having to give out their details.
