Napoli and Galatasaray have reached an agreement. Osimhen didn't join Napoli's summer camp even though he was asked to do so. He had no intention to play for Napoli from now on.

He didn't want to sign for Al-Hilal either despite an astronomical salary offer. All he wants is to stay in Europe and compete in the Champions League. As there is no competition by another European team, Galatasaray is about to finalize the deal easily.

I guess Napoli are scared that should the striker be sold to any of their rival clubs in Italy, they would suffer for it. Either way it's a good thing that they have come to an understanding because imagine he was retained at Napoli, who knows how reluctant he'd be to play with them and if care's not taken, Osimhen may not be seeing as much playing time as he used to enjoy.
