I lost my phone with the app while escaping Venezuela 8 years ago.
I have my email, password, and even the phone number to deactivate 2FA, but I get this message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... (it doesn't actually give any reason)
Well, that's bad to know and the thing is at this point of time you can only wish your luck shines bright.
With the ongoing issues, I guess it might take a long time before you get a solution to this problem.
The support team has been delaying responses since a long time. May be you can try hard refresh and try again later.
