It's undeniable that Chelsea's performance has improved significantly, significantly different from the previous season. This is evident in Chelsea's victory in the Club World Cup, defeating PSG, who were heavily favored at the time. It's understandable that you're optimistic about Chelsea's strong performance in the Premier League next season. However, I'm confident Chelsea will struggle if they aim to win the Premier League. Other top teams, like Liverpool, won't allow it to be easy for Chelsea. Furthermore, the atmosphere and competition in the Premier League are always fierce, so it certainly won't be easy for Chelsea.

Honestly, I’m still not that convinced. Yeah, Chelsea beat PSG, but the premier league is a whole different level. Every team in the EPL pretty much knows Chelsea’s weaknesses. They’ve played each other so many times, teams like Liverpool already know how to deal with them. It’s not like the CWC game where Chelsea faced PSG;
they barely ever play each other, maybe just once in the champions league a few years back. So for me, Chelsea’s performance boost doesn’t mean much, it only shows in non league matches. That said, I do get that Chelsea could improve in the EPL, even if the results don’t change much.
If that's the case, then PSG's performance shouldn't mean much to you either because the top teams PSG defeated in UEFA Champions league and CWC, barely play each other. If you look at Chelsea's performance in the English Premier League last season, you can see that they did well because the EPL table was very difficult, only Liverpool have far point different from the other teams. And Despite that, Chelsea finished the season in fourth place in the Premier League table and also defeated Real Betis 4-1 in the UEFA Conference League. In my opinion If they can channel the same energy and performance they showed at the end of the season and against PSG into the premier League this coming season they might be serious contenders for the EPL title.
