Not that Manchester United are stuck financially, but they are comfortable with the kind of players they have last season which is the reason they lost premier League title, UEFA champion League title and other titles in this season, I think Manchester United coach has started negotiating with some talented players in this pre-season, to eliminate poor performance that is making the team not to perfect well to put smile on fans faces, Manchester United will catch up with this window that is open for the team management to take advantage to make a good decision to sign in players that will make the team to challenge those strong teams that worry Manchester United in the last season competition.
Manchester United is the club who is responsible for their non progressive way. Because the transfers are very visible in Manchester United. But we are unable to see the performance which makes them superior and helps them to move forward. Because adding new players is not enough or not the key to success.
