Do you submit KYC already on this casino because it’s one way you can retrieve your account to bypass 2FA by verifying again your identity on the casino.
It’s a bad timing to have an account problem to this casino because support is so slow to process concern.
Is the customer support of this casino just slow to process users concerns of they don't process/respond at all? If being slow is the issue, I think it would have been much better, the major issue is that they don't respond and so also don't seem to care about helping users solve their issues within the site.
It's indeed a very wrong timing for anyone to be unable to access to their account on the site because it's really going to be a long journey gaining access again.
I read in some previous post that the "forget 2fa code" or so is not working, what this means is that the user will have to first email the management and hope they respond, from here, they can provide the user a means of re-verifying his account by passing kyc before the 2fa gets deactivated so the user can login.
I will advice him to simply forget this account if he doesn't have any fund in there..
