Nobody will want to change a working strategy right instead they'll want to continue it to get their own share of the market. This is just like how restaurants make use of red colours more often in their branding. There are some colours associated with having fun which is what the casino wants you to think you're coming to do in the expense of your money. Black is a very beautiful colour and can make you fall in love with want's being associated with and you patronize them. Casino have done their research and noticed black colour is associated with casinos hence they're using it.
