Once in a while I'm sure that most of us bet on the impossible or ridiculous things just for fun and for the thrills, I'd also say that nothing is impossible especially in betting or gambling as anything is possible. Some I spend money on betting in the most ridiculous things just to see the outcome of it, OPs story shows that even the impossible can happen and it's also a reminder to bet on sports for the fun and not necessarily take it too serious.
There are many times where a game we bet on simply for fun end up being the one that we win, while the other games we spent so much time doing research and analysis end up being the ones that we will lose, this is to teach us that not every thing about gambling/betting shoud be taken seriously, it's better to gamble for fun than gambling seriously for money.
I personally have gambled for money and gambled for fun and I have seen the difference clearly, both experiences can't be compared and today, I choose to only gamble for fun because I find it more interesting and most especially, it's anxiety free, depression free and free off other negative emotions that goes with gambling for money.
