I've already asked this question here, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the case. It would be interesting for the team to review this situation and see if the cost-benefit of allowing it to be released would be greater, as I believe it is. But there's also the whole regulatory issue. In this case, wouldn't mirror links help?
