I don't expect him to fail in Leverkusen because he should be able to manage the team since less pressure is on him compared to when he is in United. The only thing that can be his problem is buying good players to replace the ones that have left the club. That might be a big challenge to him, but I believe that we will see positive results from Leverkusen next season.
I know it will be harsh if I said that Erik ten Hag will not try at all, but my hope in him is 50/50, either he does a better job or he does the opposite. But still, no doubt, let’s see what will happen when the season has already started. Yesterday, they played a friendly match and still lost 5-1 to one small club, I think it was Flamengo. I was not able to watch the game, but I was disappointed with Bayer Leverkusen’s performance after seeing their score in the game. But it’s still preseason, so let’s still have hope in them and see what they will be able to do.
Leverkusen losing 5:1 in a friendly match with a youth team is a very bad record for the new manager he may try to cover it up by saying his team didn't take the game serious or he tried his teamB to know their performance but with this poor result he has given his critics more reasons to talk down on his ability to bring changes to the team next season but he can escape being dragged by doing better job when the season starts and winning games for the team is the best he can do to.
