This thread has not gotten the necessary publicity it deserves. The benefits of stairs climbing is enormous as it can repay for almost all roadworks within a short distance on stairs up and down. I suggest the Op and every other active person here do the little they can. If I'm to recommend, I would recommend stair climbing and pushups simultaneously.

Much easier on the way up than down. Might try a few flights tomorrow.

Yeah sure, you have been up and doing in promoting this exercise and your dedication has even reflected in your record number of days of stairs activities and the total number of stairs which sits at the second place. This level of dedication can only come when someone has a personal love for an exercise. Let's keep climbing.

I just went through the pages and discovered that it's always this four or lower. Again, why are we not having columns for those on the bench? I spent months off this thread even though I was part of it from day one. I got back and couldn't find myself anywhere in the box. I wish the bench could be added when the need arises. @Dirtykeyboard, you are doing the best job ever.
