It's my first time hearing it and I tried watching its gameplay in YouTube, looks like it's some kind of crash game but with a little bit of twist. There's a chance you would only get x0.4 which is similar to Plinko but the thing is there's two way for you to lose. First is when the plane didn't land on the naval ship, second is when your multiplier gets lower.

Personally I wouldn't want this kind of game and would stick to the simpler and much straight forward crash game, though I understand that they wanted to create something new for players.
