It is nice that you have your emotions towards gambling under control, and it could be said that you can easily control yourself and gamble moderately that you do not get addicted. Once in a while, taking a break from gambling activities could help one reduce their urge to consistent gambling, or maybe stop an impending situation such as addiction, which could set in at any time. As a gambler, putting yourself on track would be okay, so that you could put the excess of your gambling lifestyle in check.

I think that is the key here, we really need to take a break from gambling as it will have a positive effect on us. Specially mental health, as many of us could have been symptoms of depression when we are in a losing streak. I mean it's hard to get off the bed when you suffered consecutive losses, like when you play online and you are are unlucky and then you go out with your friends and try land base casinos, but still no luck. So with that, it's better to really just stop and then try to control yourself not to lose anymore and then just get back the confidence that you once had in your life without the any gambling noises.

Actually, there should be moderation in everything we do. When you take a break from something, it gives you the opportunity to refresh and re-strategize so you can do things right as you are supposed to do them when you resume to continue. Gambling is not left out of it, when you gamble a lot, whether winning or losing, you just have to take a break from gambling so that it does not get too overwhelming for you. You could apply a strategy to handle such a situation by taking a break for the time being, to control your emotions towards gambling, in order for you not turn into an addict. This is a good remedy that one can be sure of when it comes to putting a habit under control.
