Napoli is in the position to push negotiations in their favour because Osimhen was the best striker in the Turkish league and finished with 26 goals, which is 5 goals ahead of Piatek. Napoli knows for sure that Galatasaray wants him and I think there will be price that Napoli will agree to, which will be a bit below what they are asking for now.

On the one hand I think Napoli is angry and if they could afford it, they would give Osimhen a hard time and not let him get out of the contract if Galatasaray doesn#t pay, but on the other hand I believe Napoli will need the money. Osimhen to return to Napoli is not going to happen as I think he had trouble with the club's bosses and not only the coach, and the bosses are still around.


Here they say that most terms have been agreed upon, but it is Napoli dictating the amounts and now they set a deadline for Galatasaray to accept it or not, and for Osimhen of course. Because there is one more problem, Osimhen could be waiting for more offers or maybe negotiations are going on already and Napoli is putting pressure on him to agree not by now so to say.

Osimhen knows what it means to mess up these transfer deals. He doesn't want to end up like this again, but I think he would prefer to play in a top league. Napoli wants one clause which doesn't allow him to play in Serie A. Perhaps he is talking to EPL clubs. I just saw that his total number of goals for the season in all competitions was 37 goals + 8 assists in 41 games. It's safe to say that EPL clubs reached out to him considering that performance.
