In 2021 when Ronaldo made back a second return to Manchester United, as it was stated in the interview he made, which part of it was the dilapidation state of team and training facilities. He said things didn't change that it's almost the same way he left things back in 2009 that's how they are. Of course we all know that in that period of time his played for Real Madrid and Juventus and noticed that these teams had upgraded facilities unlike United. It's announced now that the club management has taken that criticism into account and are now upgrading Carrington which is their training ground with around £50 million. That's a whole lot of money and once the upgrade is completed, the difference will surely be noticed.
Perhaps this is one of the things I couldn't have predicted before as to why this team seems to be struggling to improve from season to season. And perhaps this is one of them. Although I think there are other factors related to the club's management. We know that at this club, even issues of shares and ownership, or plans to sell the club, are often heard. This could also have an impact on the team's management and make it seem like the team is losing focus on its main goal of getting back on its feet. But I hope that starting this season, everything will improve. Both the training facilities and everything else will be even better. Because, frankly, we all miss the glory of Manchester United, which always put on extraordinary performances on the pitch. When we hear the word "Manchester United," we used to think of this team as equal to, and even better than, some of Europe's other giants. When we hear the word "Man United," we imagine a team comparable to Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, or PSG. But now, when we hear the name "Man United," we only imagine a team comparable to other ordinary teams.
