Lol, leave foreigners alone, even I being an Indian got food poisioning several times. I usually eat home food so may be my immune system hasn't got resistance like other folks.
That is true. Even I have decreased eating outside food. In my entire lifetime, I have not ate outside food a lot though.
Just on some occasions may but that would be it. I like home food as it's the best in quality.
We even make junk food at home sometimes like Wadapav, pani puri, bhel, pizza etc...
I guess that's the best way to stay fit + hit the gym.
Bhai jaise jaise umar bad rahi bahar ka na hi khayo toh badiya hai. Nihari, kabab etc were my go to food and used to eat daily but ab sab band ho gaya bahar se.
Overall modern eating problems reminds me of famous saying of dada dadi.
Din mein ek baar khayo toh Yogi, 2 baar khao toh Bhogi, 3 baar khao toh Rogi, so choose wisely. I fall in catagory of bhogi but keep one 24-36 hours fast every week as resting period for guts.
