The OP has a cute poem, but is this some kind of marketing thingy?  I don't get it.  Does he want us to call μbtc a 'zib' or something?  Or is zib his altcoin that he's promoting.  Confusing.
I didn't get it. So, is "Z" a new altcoin or it's just a name for 0.000 001 BTC?
Cause it's cool to have a special name for 0, 000 001 amount of BTC, especially if BTC price would rise

TL;DR: Ƶ = µBTC, it's really just a new unit.

Long story:

More than a month ago I saw that someone else was proposing "zib" as a new name for the unit µBTC. The proposal was just "zib", not "zibcoin".

I liked this idea so much, that I created a new Bitcoin wallet that allows users to display their Bitcoin stash in the unit of "zib" (= µBTC).
Fittingly, I called this wallet software "Zibcoin Core", because it was forked off from Bitcoin Core with the very only change that it would use "zib" as the default unit.
Even more, I presented this new wallet software in the mock style of an altcoin, though of course, it isn't an altcoin.

Also, I recently promoted this idea so much that some people thought it was my idea.
Of course, this isn't my idea.

To give the correct credit: The idea of "zib" was by gojomo, though I think that it actually should be just "Z" (zed), because zed sounds more natural.

Aha, thanks for the clarification and the backstory.  For my own use, I'm happy to just refer to µBTC.  Or, more commonly if I'm speaking of an amount that small, I just refer to Sat or KSat (depending on the amount).  I find the Z/zib thing to be rather irrelevant and while I now understand the story of what you're promoting, I just can't really see the motivation.

Good luck tho.
