It's difficult for Galatasaray to resist signing Oshimen, as he has made a significant contribution to Galatasaray, making him a highly sought-after player, even though Napoli's asking price is still quite high. Furthermore, Oshimen seems quite happy playing in the Turkish league, as he's highly regarded there, and many Galatasaray fans have fallen in love with him for his skill.
Galatasaray must find a way to persuade Napoli to lower Osimhen's contract slightly to make it easier for Galatasaray to sign him permanently for the next few seasons. I would also be happy if Osimhen could contribute significantly in the Turkish league, as he will be remembered fondly by many Galatasaray fans when he is no longer playing for the Turkish club. But for now, at least Galatasaray must be able to make a small offer to soften the hearts of Napoli's management in their quest to acquire the player they need.
If you can get a striker like Osimhen and you are financially capable of doing it, then you should do it, this works for ALL teams in the world. I do not care who you are, which team you are, if you have the money for it, then you should get him.

And for a team like Galatasaray, who is not like some top club in the world, the possibility is insane and they are getting a player that is way above their level. When he was loaned there, the whole world was shocked, but the timing allowed such a thing to happen, euro transfer window was closed, so that's why he went there. But now? Fully buying? That makes no sense at all for such a club, they are good don't get me wrong, but this is the type of striker I can see for a premier league top club.
