The majority of this newbie user complaining about confiscated funds are usually those using strategies that is not allowed by the casino. They are still trying their luck to play and once caught their aim is to at-least recover their deposit then try again to the next casino.
Although there’s some cases that has credibility but this case is always tricky and normally very hard to support newbie unless there’s multiple same issue including from high rank forum member here.
His only weakness is his data, so we can't pursue his case. He added data from other casinos to suggest he made the same bets, but that can't be used as concrete evidence. Furthermore, he lacks solid data, such as transaction history and mediation with customer service. So we also need to confirm why his account was suspended. This is certainly a big question.
