Transparency is a key factor in this business of wallet recovery and it can’t be over emphasized because it wouldn’t be nice that we get to lose funds while trying to recover them.

You are right transparency is the key fact in this wallet recovery business no doubt, but I will like to say something here. personally I we say that if someone forget his or her seed phrase that is attached to his or her crypto wallet, automatically the crypto inside the wallet is lost already and that one can be understandable, but it will make no sense that in the process of trying to recover a lost crypto wallet and lose another funds. That's why well all are being skeptical about this keychainX of a thing. As for the upfront payment that one is not a problem every company has their own policy when it comes to making payments, but there should be a guarantee that after making an upfront payment that your crypto wallet will be recovered. And they also need to provide us with there previous results and prove of work before we can have anything to do with them.
