I agree with this and most persons are failing to understand that a player can be really okay and good but does not fits in the coaches preference and that alone make make the coach not wanting to work with that player yet it has nothing to do with the players form a.d this is the case with rodrygo and xabi at Madrid. In situations like this, it is only beat for the player to move because if he stays back he may not get good play time and may gradually loose his form.
Definitely they all have different kind of things they want to see in players and if a player has a good skill but do not pass in the eyes of the coach he consider such player unfit for him that's why we the viewers always complain when players we want is not giving the right attention but we didn't no that the coach was not satisfied with there efforts, although there are times coaches shouldn't have to screen players based on his tactics in the sense that there are players who makes things work for the team and when they are not use it becomes difficult so on that note the coach is supposed to adjust to them so that the club will always remain balance.
