If he keeps on this "we may sell that, we may buy this" method for too long, they won't be ready by the time season starts. Put down his formation, and names of players on who he believes should start, and then put down the bench, and then tell everyone that is the team.

If any players are upset about being benched, they can be sold, and someone else will be bought. And if any player at the starters is not good enough, they can get someone. But he needs to be decisive already and not be this confused any longer.
