I was not feeling comfortable about it anymore because I had that felling that I may have fallen addicted unknowingly. So I took it upon myself and decided not to gamble for atleast 1 month with attentiveness to observe the state of my emotions if it is going to feel troubled or worried over the while on the break.
But I am glad to say that I am still in control of myself and my emotions are in good conditions.
It may just be that you're busy in doing other things and this may not allow you to have much time in gambling, so it will be more better if you can also hear others opinion about you and how you're gambling, they may also give a review about what you're not seeing, sometimes we may not know what we are doing is wrong until someone call our attention to it, but its something good that you make a review for a check and balance on how you're gambling, so that you don't go extreme in it.
