Didn't take much to it when you said you can’t upload a UK document so I had to go review the policy on that and it’s one of the restricted areas. You must have been accessing it from there and that is in direct violation of their terms of service.

So as it is, there is nothing you can do, it’s within their rights to take decisions as they will, you could only ask politely within reasonable reasons to have your deposit refunded maybe.
