I agree with this and most persons are failing to understand that a player can be really okay and good but does not fits in the coaches preference and that alone make make the coach not wanting to work with that player yet it has nothing to do with the players form a.d this is the case with rodrygo and xabi at Madrid. In situations like this, it is only beat for the player to move because if he stays back he may not get good play time and may gradually loose his form.
I don't totally agree with this. It depends on the position of the player. For example, some coaches like CBs who are good with the ball on their feet, while others just like a good defender. With the case of Rodrygo, I will say he is not all that. He is a winger but he is not that good. I believe he is kind of overrated. As a winger, there are very few coaches that will not want to use a winger if he is good.
You can see the coach using players like Arder Guler and Vinicius but not Rodrygo, because he's not that good. If he somehow improves and convinces the coach then the coach will have no choice but to use him but for now, he's not good enough.
