From all the news I have seen, Napoli is making it as hard as possible for anyone to get Osimhen. Galatasaray sure wants Osimhen and willing to pay for his salary demands too, and not only that, they offered 75 million to Napoli as well.
Only difference was, they weren't willing to pay 75 million all at once, because they can't, it would be against FFP, so they said, 40 million now, and 35 million in two instalment, so 17.5 next year, and same one year after that. Which means Napoli would still get 75 million, just a bit further apart. Napoli rejected, and I am pretty sure they are just making up stuff now, and I am pretty sure that they are just doing it to piss off Osimhen at this point, they want to ruin his career, president of Napoli just hates Osimhen enough to lose money, just to spite him.
The matter regarding victor osimhen transfer took so long and still no decided. Osimhen is a great player and for him it is also somehow troubled to make decisions about his presence. Because he is a young player and for him there are a lot of things which may be under thoughts. His career his Lifestyle his future all the things associated with this platform. Napoli wants him to go to their squad and the Galatasaray wants to keep him in their team as well. So for now the things are going on as a mixture of confusion for me at least.
