It's not easy to beat a casino consistently. Many gamblers get overconfident after winning once or twice and end up making bad decisions. If a gambler really thinks that his strategy is effective, he will eventually be proven wrong, because it is difficult to beat the casino in the long run, and that is historically true.
Anyone that is able to win good multiplier from the casino and also able to make withdrawal can be said to have won the casino. I added the withdrawal because that is the only prove that the funds have left the custody of the casino to that of the gambler. If there is winning which have not been withdrawn from the casino, it cannot be said that one have won the casino.
Even if a gambler is able to withdraw a few times, it is still not certain that the gambler will not deposit those funds again and lose everything. In fact, even if a gambler withdraws profits a few times, that gambler still develops overconfidence in himself. When a gambler has control over himself, he can keep his winning funds safe and deposit them again without losing. Because I have seen many gamblers who have won big but lost everything at one point. So after a gambler withdraws his winnings, he can keep those funds safe and actually claim that he won at the casino.
