Being influential do not not mean that you are rich, it could be that you are a good entertainer that is known by many without much proceeds from it or it could be that you are actually making money from what you do that got you famous but mismanagement of funds made you to go broke and in debt. The problems of most influential people in the society is being stagnant on one area and not diversifying to other things. You will see some of the entertainers like the music artists, the actors and some celebrities only focus on what they are known for and thinks that it will keep generating money in the long run forgetting to know that fame comes and goes whereby they may no longer be valued in the industry because people will start focusing their interests on those that are upcoming. As a celebrity or an influential person, why not invest on other things instead of just one thing, at least diversify into things like real estate and industries that will be generating more income so that at a time when their talents begins to fade they can have a back up. No one likes to be poor but it will be unfortunate for someone to go broke after making money due to reckless lifestyles and mismanagement of funds so it is better for people to plan ahead when they make money so that they won't find themselves in a bad condition in the future.
