From all the news I have seen, Napoli is making it as hard as possible for anyone to get Osimhen. Galatasaray sure wants Osimhen and willing to pay for his salary demands too, and not only that, they offered 75 million to Napoli as well.
Only difference was, they weren't willing to pay 75 million all at once, because they can't, it would be against FFP, so they said, 40 million now, and 35 million in two instalment, so 17.5 next year, and same one year after that. Which means Napoli would still get 75 million, just a bit further apart. Napoli rejected, and I am pretty sure they are just making up stuff now, and I am pretty sure that they are just doing it to piss off Osimhen at this point, they want to ruin his career, president of Napoli just hates Osimhen enough to lose money, just to spite him.
I don't know about Osimhen's offence to Napoli and why are they treating him so badly like this? I don't understand the reason why Napoli is not using Osimhen anymore and Why are they not willing to sell him unless they want to ruin his career? In fact, before they loaned Osimhen to Galatasaray, they started this with him. The problem is that before the new coach came in, and even after the new coach took over, he also followed the same pattern as the former Napoli coach. From there, I began to think it may be an issue with the Napoli president or the board, because I don't see any reason why any team would have a player like Osimhen and not willing to be using him. Still, they loaned him out, which suggests there's something more going on. Osimhen is a talented player, and this has been proven in various leagues. But if Napoli true aim is to ruin his career, it won't work, because Osimhen is still a hard-working striker. I believe there are still big teams in Europe that will come for him but it is just a matter of time.
